About Summit 2023

Connect, share, and learn with data professionals at PASS Data Community Summit.

Curious about what's in store?

Here you'll find tips and info about how to get the best out of your trip to Seattle.

What is the Summit?

PASS Data Community Summit is the go-to conference for data professionals to connect, share, and learn with peers and industry leaders.

Summit happens in the Fall in Seattle, WA, and runs over 5 days, November 13-17. There are two days of Pre-Cons on Monday and Tuesday, and three days for the main conference Wednesday through Friday. Find out more about key timings for the week.

Historically Summit has been focused on the Microsoft Data Platform, specifically SQL Server. While this is still at the core of Summit and its community, this year we'll welcome more PostgreSQL professionals as the data community grows.

Summit top tips

Get the most out of your experience, whether you're a first timer or have attended before, check out this blog post for some top tips and advice.

With so many sessions and events taking place over 3 days (5 days when you count Pre-conference sessions), it's important to plan out your conference week and build your schedule ahead of time. You can build your schedule two ways, either through the attendee portal - log in here - or by downloading the PASS Data Summit app:

Arriving at Summit

Your health and safety

The health and safety of everyone involved is a major priority for the Summit event team. In the run up to and during Summit we will be reviewing the latest public health and safety provisions. Should any requirements arise (during the time of the event, Nov 13-17) from the King County Health Order, and the CDC provisions relating to the Covid pandemic, all attendees will be required to comply with all current health and safety provisions, and/or any other provisions implemented by Redgate at its discretion. In order to ensure everyone's safety at the event, we encourage anyone who is feeling unwell to stay away from the event.
